"Beep, scan successfully!" During the morning rush hour, Ms. Li, a local resident, effortlessly passes through the subway gate by simply opening the "i-Nanning APP" on her phone. "Every day, I commute from Jiangnan District to Wuxiang New District for work by bus and then the metro. In the past, I had to prepare exact change or apply for a transportation card. Now, a single app fulfills all my needs. I can also track the real-time location of buses, saving myself from the uncertainty of waiting." This convenient experience serves as a vivid illustration of Nanning's commitment to enhancing public services through digital transformation.

As a pivotal digital platform for public service intelligence in Nanning, the "i-Nanning APP" serves as a unified urban public service platform. Developed and operated by Cloud Bae Big Data Industry Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Digital Silk Road Technology Group under Nanning Industrial Investment Group, the platform is meticulously designed to align with public needs and address community concerns. Centered around the concept of "One Code for City", it seamlessly integrates high-frequency public service resources, including transportation, healthcare, and cultural tourism. By continuously advancing data interoperability, functional enhancements, and scenario-based innovations, the platform facilitates greater data mobility while minimizing the necessity for citizens to make visits in real life, which not only exemplifies the city's commitment to a human-centered digital transformation but also elevates the quality of public services by providing more convenient and accessible experiences.

Regarding travel services, the "i-Nanning APP" consolidates diverse transportation resources, including the subway, buses (inclusive of BRT), and shared bicycles, to establish a streamlined travel system characterized by "one code for seamless travel across the city", enhancing the convenience of green travel and improving the efficiency of public transportation.

Regarding the protection of the rights and interests of special groups, the "i-Nanning APP" facilitates the accessible and convenient implementation of preferential rights. By addressing the challenges with the cumbersome verification and inconvenient carrying of physical certificates such as the Integrity Card, Blood Donation Honor Card, and Veteran Card, the app successfully achieves the digitalization and convenience of preferential rights through online authentication and code display services. To date, the cumulative usage of these three services has surpassed 1.8 million person-times.

In addition, the "i-Nanning APP" consolidates premium municipal medical resources to deliver comprehensive one-stop services, including online appointment and outpatient payment, thereby facilitating the efficient management of medical affairs through "tap and done". As of March 23, 2026, the number of registered users of Nanning's electronic health card has surpassed 13.79 million, with a cumulative total of 75 million instances of registration services provided, substantially reducing the duration of citizens' hospital visits to mitigate the risk of cross-infection during peak periods of seasonal illnesses, and effectively safeguarding public health through the application of digital technology.

The "i-Nanning APP" effectively dismantles barriers in cultural and tourism data and introduces unique applications such as "Tour in Nanning" and "Scenic Area Map" to facilitate real-time inquiries into visitor flow and event information within scenic areas, offering citizens services such as one-click itinerary planning, seamless park entry via QR code, and the benefit of "enjoy first, pay later" credit consumption. This app ensures the efficient implementation of the principle "data runs more for the people" within cultural and tourism contexts.

From "One Code for Travel" to "One-Click Tour", the "i-Nanning APP" enhances service scenarios through data integration, thereby rendering cultural and tourism services more intelligent, cultural benefits more precise, and urban life more vibrant.
