On September 17, the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (hereinafter referred to as the CAEXPO) officially kicked off. This year’s CAEXPO featured artificial intelligence (AI) as its biggest highlight, with 1,200 cutting-edge AI products from home and abroad making their debut, including freshly ground coffee robots, quadruped robots, and 1:1 satellite models. As a centerpiece of the annual CAEXPO, the “heavyweight” scientific and technological achievements received a major upgrade this year -- the main exhibition hall B1 featured, for the first time, a dedicated 10,000-square-meter AI pavilion.
The AI pavilion comprises the ASEAN Cooperation Zone, the AI+Industry Application Zone, and the Cutting-Edge Core Technology Zone, among others. It simultaneously showcased AI scientific and technological achievements from multiple ASEAN countries, including Brunei, Malaysia, and Thailand, jointly creating a cross-border “tech fair”. Spatiotemporal intelligence made its debut at the CAEXPO. In the “Guangxi-Made: Reaching for the Stars and Landing on the Moon!” exhibition area, STAR.VISION Aerospace Group Limited in collaboration with Chongzuo and the ten ASEAN countries, presented the world’s first cross-border AI constellation -- the “China-ASEAN AI Constellation” -- as well as multiple 1:1 replicas of satellite models, bringing “satellites in the sky” within reach.
