To advance the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the financial sector and support the development of both the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Center (Nanning AI Center) and ASEAN-oriented financial opening initiatives, the Financial Affairs Office of the CPC Nanning Committee convened a specialized AI seminar for financial institutions (enterprises) operating in Nanning on May 13. The seminar brought together over 100 participants, including senior officials from the Financial Affairs Office of the CPC Guangxi Committee, the People’s Bank of China Guangxi Branch, Guangxi Financial Regulatory Bureau, China Securities Regulatory Commission Guangxi Bureau, along with representatives from leading Nanning-based banks, securities firms, insurance companies, investment funds, and local financial enterprises.

The seminar welcomed Wang Yasong, a leading authority in artificial intelligence, as the keynote speaker. His presentation, titled “Development Strategy for Nanning AI Center and AI Industry Analysis”, addressed questions such as “The Necessity of AI Integration” and “The Reason for the Construction of Nanning AI Center”.
